I don’t pretend to be an expert on blogging, or for anything else for that matter! However, if you find the time to read such musings then we must share a passion for the future matters that I will be writing on. I hope the content will be compelling and interesting but most importantly, I hope it gets people to think about topics in different ways.
Feel free to introduce yourself in the comments section below. I hope you enjoy reading my posts as much as I enjoy writing them.

A great evening was had by all last Friday at Venue 77, The Gardeners Arms. 20 teams competed in the Celebrating Suffolk Quiz to raise funds for Iceni. Silbury Hill provided the entertainment and a buffet of Suffolk foods was served during the interval. Many, many thanks to all those who helped make it such a successful evening. About £2000 was raised.
And the winners of the quiz were ‘The Infamous Five’ (although there were six of them. Luckily there were no maths questions in the quiz!
Please join us, for what will be, a great evenings’ entertainment. A Suffolk themed quiz, buffet (with Suffolk foods of course) and music by Silbury Hill for only £10 per person.
All the details are on the poster above.
Councillor’s Rudkin, Adams, Gaylard, Martin and Gage with Brian Tobin and Glenn Robinson from Iceni. Brian Tobin says ‘The generous help from these councillors, in the form of grants, has covered the cost of delivering our Freedom Programme which supports those who are victims of domestic abuse. It gives us confidence that, like us, others care about some of the most vulnerable in our communities. It is particularly pleasing to receive support from individuals who live and work in the communities we are al serving.’
