Freedom
Aimed at women affected by domestic abuse, we run the Freedom Programme three times a year.

It is recognised that women can move from one abusive relationship to another.
The Freedom Programme is a 12-week course that helps identify behaviours and belief systems held by men who have been abusive, focusing on the impact this may have on both women and children.
Through self awareness, the programme is designed to improve self esteem and provide the confidence necessary to manage both physically and emotionally abusive relationships.
Each programme is run by both male and female facilitators, bringing a male voice and perspective to the room.
Our facilitators are trained through the Freedom Programme organisation and have extensive experience of working with families affected by addiction.
Recognising that there is no excuse for violence, abuse or coercive control, we aim to encourage women to understand their rights and responsibilities in relationships; to find a voice to say no whilst being fully aware of the risks and how best to manage them in reshaping or leaving an abusive relationship.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss the Freedom programme further.
